The body on this El Camino is in incredible condition, as it has been maintained by the same caretaker since it first left the lot.
The body is very straight, and really shows the level of care this car has received over the years.
Even the bed floor is in nice condition! PAINT CONDITION Overview:
GM vehicles of the 1970s weren't exactly known for long-lasting paint, so it is no surprise that this El camino has received a repaint along the way.
It was a number of years ago, and while the paint is in excellent condition, it is showing some very minor signs of wear and use here and there.
It is painted in its original color of Antique White with a Tuxedo Black vinyl top.
INTERIOR CONDITION Overview:
The interior is in shockingly nice, original condition.
While the driver's seat is showing signs of age and use, as can be seen in the photos, the rest of the interior is in excellent original condition for a 45-year-old car.
MECHANICAL Overview:
Under the hood, this car remains mostly the way it was intended to be from factory, and has simply received proper maintenance over the years.
A chrome air clean and chrome valve covers dress up the engine a little.
