What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the project's tasks, identify process gaps, and establish performance metrics.
- Define and communicate project standards
- Manage portfolio of 50-100 small to large complexity operational projects
- Work in a fast paced-environment with tight deadlines and multiple project deliverables
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Facilities and Technology background
- Operational Project Manager must have prior experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Retail experience or background
- Customer service/relationship management experience and/or operations experience is desired
