Senior Help Desk Analyst - Night Shift

1 year plus contract possible right to hire for a Sr. Help desk Specialist for Night support. Hours will be approximately: 7:30 pmĀ - 6:30 AM and will include on weekend night.
4 or more years Call center/help desk experience,
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting support, problem solving and strong customer service skills.
IBM AIX/UNIX/Linux (novice to expert)
CISCO CCNA (or other Network experience such as Network +)
WINDOWS ADMINISTARTION, RAS support, Distribution Management systems support, workflow management
Remedy/Service Now/other incident management systems
Candidates must be able to pass a 20 year criminal background check and drug screen.
Local candidates only, onsite interviews required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
