We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will help us continue our 48 year tradition of providing exceptional service to the Mooresville area.
Job Description:
Assist clients via telephone, email and text Respond to inquiries from Medicare policy holders and potential clients Schedule appointments for our Medicare Agents Preparing client information folders Emailing correspondence to insurance companies Updating company information at the request of the agents Entering client and policy information within agency database software Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Friendly and professional demeanor Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
