The ideal candidate will be professional, hard-working and able multi-task in a very active office setting.
This position is the initial contact for clients and other medical practices.
Having a polished and professional presence is a must.
Medical and Insurance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities Work as part of a team of 4-6 co-workers in managing the administrative side of our practice Develop a rapport with all co workers to ensure seamless communication Receive and schedule patient referrals over the phone using our EMR and scheduler Maintain and keep a clean professional reception area Strong computer skills preferred working from cloud-based software Work as part of a team handling the daily challenges of a healthcare office Take on additional responsibilities as needed for the daily operations of our practice Perform receptionist duties when needed Skills Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role Working knowledge of office equipment Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Job Types:
