Summary:
The Operations Manager is accountable for the overall growth and operation of the location.
The position is responsible for financial performance as well as managing development, education, implementation, clinical, HR, sales, and ensures quality outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field or a minimum of 3 years of business leadership including supervisory and sales experience in a healthcare or related field.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Owner to make recommendations and adjustments when appropriate to achieve objectives and set goals.
Ensures compliance with agency policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as compliance with federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.
Responsible for local outreach and networking within the aging community and participates in regular meetings including presentations of services.
Monitors and reports all competitive activity and trends within the area.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strategic planning and ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take appropriate action Exceptional customer service skills.
High level of integrity.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel.
Outlook).
Effective written and oral communication skills.
