Technicians use their knowledge, experience& skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers Perform a wide range of accurate automotive testing, diagnosis and repairs with best-in-class quality workmanshipContinuously apply abd build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesPerform complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers6
years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanicCurrent ASE Certifications required; Master, L1 Preferred (or a plan to achieve)NC State Inspector License preferredCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehiclesStrong experience with both domestic and import vehiclesHave the drive and the ability to flag 40-50
hours per weekKnowledgeable with reflashing/reprogramming process, all vehicle systemsDemonstrated diagnostic and service expertise in the areas of driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems, domestic and importDiesel Experience helpfulAptitude for learning additional skills and processesProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentMust possess a valid North Carolina driver's license Physical Requirements:
