We are looking for a Project Manager to help grow our business in Mooresville, NC.
Responsibilities Oversee the project from start to finish.
Work with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Work with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Create project schedules and oversee daily activities of assigned projects.
Assist in the budgeting of assigned projects.
Assist in the scheduling of subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure that all safety standards are met at each job site, including but not limited to:
proper use of equipment, proper use of tools, cleanliness, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications Previous experience (AT LEAST 3 YEARS IS PREFERRED) in construction management or related field is required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team; ability to work with limited supervision is required.
