project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing Strong writing ability Experience in an agile software environment Experience working closely with senior leadership Experience translating large data sets into quantifiable actions/deliverables

They are working on the natural language processing of Chat Bots to further develop its capabilities as well as provide better customer service and functionality.
This role will be developing the Chat Bot function within the client's website.
