Office environment:
JCR Productions, Inc operates as a small business.
There are a total of two routine administrative staff in the office daily (including yourself).
There is currently one instructor that travels throughout the month and stops by the office as needed.
Our office is open from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, with an hour lunch break.
Starting off:
On the job training- You start off with becoming comfortable with Continuing Education and then learn what we offer for Exam Preparation.
Skills:
This role is for our Customer Service Representative aka Front Desk.
- answer phone/emails; ability to direct customers to the right information and process daily orders.
- oversee that office inventory is maintained; ensure enough workbooks are produced for upcoming workshops.
- attention to detail; keep track of electricians education history and ensure records are accurate - report education hours; learn each state's reporting requirements and ensure customers obtain their hours - teamwork; work with office manager to divide tasks and assist one another as needed - learn how to use, at least at a basic level:
WordPress, WooCommerce, Learning Management System(s), Google Business, ExamPro.
- JCR Productions, Inc is a Mac based office.
Minimum Requirements:
As we are an educational company, an education background is preferred, but not required.
An interest in learning about the needs of an electricians educational requirements is desired.
To work in our Mooresville office Monday through Friday.
Customer service; we individualize each customers needs and make sure that they feel all their questions are answered.

Interest or background in website design, video editing, Learning Management Systems Equal opportunity:
