We are looking for someone who is interested in long term employment with room for advancement.
This is a very hands on position.
You must be able to provide excellent customer service on the phone and face to face with walk in customers.
You must be able to schedule and dispatch technicians.
This position will also require you to learn about our services and cleaning techniques.
Job Description is including but not limited to:
Answering multi-line phone system Scheduling service requests Efficiently route technicians to job sites Monitor GPS system to ensure technicians are in assigned areas Effectively communicate with customers and technicians to ensure their needs are being met via phone and email Assist walk-in customers as needed Invoice customers & call past due customers.
Job Requirements:
Energetic with a positive and friendly attitude Must be able to handle a fast paced work environment Must be able to prioritize tasks in order to maximize efficiency Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills General computer skills are required Clean criminal background Reliability and punctuality are essential This is a fast pace position.
You MUST be able to multitask & have problem solving skills.
Work hours, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
This is an in office, full time position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
