This position is important to our company, there is opportunity for growth as the company grows.
This position will report directly to the GM.
Hours are 7:
30 AM to 4:
30 PM.
Job Duties Include:
Assist salespeople with various tasks, including sending emails or arranging travel Create estimates and sales orders in company planning software Interacting with customers via telephone, email or in-person Assisting with planning and tracking milestones on various projects Assist with marketing projects Excel or Word document creation Other duties as assigned by management A successful candidate will possess:
Experience with large format graphics and apparel Friendly and Outgoing Personality Self-Discipline Courteous Attitude Self-Determination Able to Work Independently A Desire to Learn and Master New Skills Attention to Detail Excellent PC/MAC Skills Strong Microsoft Office Skills A Strong Desire to be Part of a TEAM No relocation assistance is offered with this position.
Must be able to pass a background check and pass drug screening in accordance with local laws.
