This is a full-time (hourly non-exempt) position.
Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 7:
00am -3:
00pm, some select Mondays, and NO weekend hours.
Location:
858-C Brawley School Road, Mooresville, NC 28117 Who you are:
You are an individual who has developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and you have learned how to multi-task without losing your cool.
With your well-groomed appearance and positive attitude, you work well in a close team environment.
Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with that with your superior customer service skills, make you an asset to any team.
You may have experience in the dental or medical reception field.
What you will do:
Answer busy multi-line phone system Check patients in/out Schedule and confirm appointments Collect co-pays and patient balances Answer patient questions Present treatment plans to patients at consultation appointments Complete patient charts Post patient payments Prepare end of day deposit Maintain all patient recall Input patient information along with notes into the dental system Prepare and send thank you letters to referring doctors after patient care Track and file test results, films, and reports prior to appointments Understand and adhere to all insurance guidelines Order office supplies and equipment as needed Other duties as assigned What we do for you:
